CHELSEA CROW-FUENTES

M.A., LMFT, PMH-C, SEP

CO-FOUNDER, PSYCHOTHERAPIST, CLINICAL SUPERVISOR, ADJUNCT PROFESSOR

My specialty has first & foremost evolved through personal experiences & life stages, which have helped me understand trauma, motherhood, and marital issues at a deeper level than education & training can bring. I am a wife & mama first, & then a therapist.

I have two beautiful daughters, one of which was a 29+0 weeker, spending 61 days in the NICU at the height of the second wave of the pandemic. This gives me an even greater tenderness for NICU mamas. I served a term as Board Therapist for Praying Through Ministries which provides support to NICU/PICU & child loss families. I have extensive experience working with mamas, couples, and trauma. My experience spans worldwide from California to Kenya. I currently teach in the Department of Marriage & Family Therapy at my alma mater, Azusa Pacific University.

My clients describe me as warm, empathetic, non-judgmental & welcoming. I am a firm believer in the human capacity to heal with the right support in place. I incorporate all facets of the human experience into therapy, including cognitive, somatic, emotional, spiritual, behavioral, & relational. I walk alongside you on your healing journey as a fellow human being & take the role as a guide. I push my clients to dive deep to find lasting benefits rather than short-term relief. I work to help you get out of your own way to allow your body to tolerate & contain difficult experiences, so you can grow in capacity to allow your body what it is naturally designed to do - heal.

GEORGE FUENTES

M.A., LMFT

CO-FOUNDER, PSYCHOTHERAPIST, COACH, CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

Don’t wait to lose everything, before you realize you will do anything to get it back.

I have seen too many men obtain what they desire but fail to maintain and cherish it. I specialize in working with men to address romantic relationship stressors, addictive behaviors, emotional regulation, and become increasingly aware of one’s emotional, mental and physical experience. If you feel you are in need of working on one or more of these areas in your life, then you are my ideal client.

As a husband, father, business owner, & man in today’s society, I know the struggles of the expectations to maintain a work-life balance & support my family. It isn’t always an easy task, but it is 100% possible.

Gaining control over addictive behaviors, managing marriage or romantic relationships, processing difficult emotions, & establishing a healthy work-life balance is the key to happiness in a man’s world.

Short and sweet… Dating & married to wife for almost 15 years, father of two amazing daughters, surviving marriagehood ;), business owner, man of faith, & multi-cultural American.
